Product Line Architect Expert (f/m/d)

Your mission as Product Line Architect Expert (f/m/d):
1. Define and supervise the crypto strategy and business development, including preparation of the Strategic Business Plan, leading major growth campaigns, and ensuring close customer engagement in coordination with Marketing & Sales.
2. Monitor market and technology trends, competitive environment, and manage consortia with industrial and scientific partners to achieve development and business objectives.
3. Manage and optimize the local solution and project portfolio by shaping product roadmaps, aligning with Portfolio Management, Marketing & Sales, R&D and Business Line CIC, and driving innovation and internal R&D projects.
4. Oversee crypto operations ensuring proper project execution across the portfolio, tracking financial KPIs, supporting budgeting and planning processes, and maintaining collaboration with internal delivery units within the Thales Group.
5. Establish and maintain governance structures for the solution cluster, facilitating regular internal and external steering meetings, and ensuring seamless cooperation with all stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem.
6. Lead the development of the crypto team by planning resource capacity, conducting regular skill assessments, and coordinating closely with R&D and relevant departments to support ongoing business activities.
We are looking forward to:
7. A completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a related field.
8. Several years of experience in strategic management, business development, or project leadership within cryptology, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors.
9. Strong expertise in market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the crypto and security domains.
10. Proven track record in managing complex projects and operational business processes, with a strong focus on financial KPI monitoring and resource planning.
11. Excellent leadership skills including team and network management, complemented by outstanding communication abilities in both German and English.
