We are looking for an individual who is willing to get to grips with our software and support our customers with all their queries - from technical challenges to complex application issues. We do not expect immediate in-depth technical knowledge, but value your willingness to actively familiarize yourself with our software and make our product a real success for our customers. Your tasks with us Answer customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented support You are the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries and providing helpful information. You will work closely with our internal development department. Solve user problems You will independently identify and resolve problems that may arise while using our software. Connecting new customers and designing suitable training courses You ensure a smooth introduction to our systems when connecting new customers. This also includes training sessions in which you explain the functions and possibilities of our software in an understandable way. Creating specifications for further development You create specifications for development in order to continuously develop our application based on customer feedback and identified needs. Create documentation & bug tickets You create documentation that describes in detail both the use of our software and how to fix bugs. Carry out software tests You test our applications for functionality and user-friendliness.
