Key Role in Shaping Global HR Technology LandscapeThis is a key role in shaping and managing the global Human Resources technology landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) systems that support the global Human Resources organization.Responsibilities:Drive the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and support the design of the future global HRIT architecture.Translate HR process requirements into smart, scalable system solutions in alignment with business goals.Capture and assess new HRIT demands from stakeholders, evaluating their business value and feasibility.Act as a trusted partner for HR teams, managers, and users—facilitating dialogue, managing expectations, and clarifying system-related queries.Deliver attractive, cost-efficient HRIT solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support the company's people strategy.Provide regular communication and feedback to business stakeholders on the status and progress of ongoing initiatives.Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions.Requirements:Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIT systems.Deep understanding of HR processes and their requirements.Good technical understanding, especially regarding interface management and IT system integration.Experience working closely with IT teams and external service providers.Ability to analyze, evaluate, and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Proven project management experience including budget responsibility.Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for digital HR solutions.Benefits:Permanent employment contract.
