As part of our exciting expansion, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our diverse Marketing team. You will be responsible for implementing our Marketing strategy in Germany and Benelux for two of our major brands eufy and soundcore. You will be able to work across multiple disciplines, from supporting developing brand plans and managing product launch campaigns in key channels, to supporting regional business objectives, securing new routes to market and supporting Sales and GTM teams with retail pitching and tenders.
You will be a digital native, and able to take a very hands-on approach to developing and running regional influencer and social media campaigns, driving reach, awareness and traffic to our product listings and strategic retailers. However you will also crave data and insight, constantly looking to further your understanding of campaign performance and how to create more targeted, integrated and successful campaigns that are fully aligned with regional goals and strategies.

You will work alongside experienced Brand Managers, with the support of our Central Marketing team in China. You can profit and learn from our divers team as well as gain insightful knowledge about Anker's online and offline approach and deepen your expertise on Amazon Marketplace business.


Responsibilities
Responsible for executing Marketing activities, including online and offline channels based on brand objectives and local consumer insights
Support developing product launch strategies, prepare new product launch campaigns, promote the German integrated marketing campaigns to achieve brand and business objectives
Coordinate content marketing, being responsible for the development and maintenance of KOLs on Youtube, Instagram and other new media platforms, analysing and grasping the market and consumer demand, and adjusting the content according to the demand and results
Develop and implement research programs to deepen understanding of key consumer segments, needs and opportunities to guide decision making and future activity performance
Plan and execute online and retail campaigns, including content and product listings, in-store displays, POSM, retail banners and launch events
Support the sales teams with QBRs, tenders and pitches to win listings, secure extended ranges and increase distribution
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights to ensure learnings are used to support future decisions and retail marketing
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, to support new listings and focus products
Collaborate with internal teams to create consumer experiences online and instore to optimize user journey and conversion
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, from online and social, to instore and launch events
Collaborate with agencies and other partners to support strategic focus areas and projects
Evaluate emerging technologies, specifically those within retail such as AR and rich content
Initiate, define, and manage all online and offline assets, including developing creative briefs and coordinating internal teams to ensure assets are ready on-time, and on-budget
Liaise directly with retailers to secure promotional space, negotiating rates and timelines, while coordinating projects from inception to delivery
Requirements
Fluent in both German and English, native German is a must
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work or internship experience
Previous internship or working experience in marketing, preferably within Consumer Electronics
First experience in retail marketing is preferred
Highly creative with a strong affinity to words and visuals
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Good understanding and enforcement of brand guidelines for a consistent representation of our brands and products online and in-store
Quick learning and growth ability
