Front Office Manager
As a Front Office Manager, you will be part of an exciting team at our Radiology Department's reception area.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Key tasks include:
* Providing guidance and support to patients via phone and in person at the reception desk
* Coordination of radiological examinations and therapies
* Management and delivery of data across various hospital software systems
* Processing requests from other departments, stations, external practices and private patients
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require a medical assistant or practice management qualification. You should possess organisational skills and experience in coordinating procedures as well as display confidence when interacting with patients.
