We are seeking a strategic financial leader to join us as the Head of FP&A in Denmark, a role that offers the opportunity to set direction and lead transformation initiatives.
Your Role:
As Head of FP&A, Denmark, you will drive financial excellence and transformation within our Swedoor Denmark operations. This key position involves advancing our commercial and operational initiatives and serving as a primary Finance Business Partner to the country leadership team. Your Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with business strategies.
* Drive process improvements and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
* Ensure adherence to financial compliance standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP.
* Partner with the Head of Accounting to ensure accurate accounting practices supported by financial analysis.
