Überall dort, wo gefährliche Stoffe wie brennbare Gase, Dämpfe, Nebel oder Stäube auftreten können, verhindern die Produkte und Lösungen von BARTEC Explosionen und dienen der Sicherheit von Mensch und Umwelt. Zu den Kunden zählen vor allem die Öl- und Gasindustrie sowie Chemie-, Petrochemie- und Pharmakonzerne aus den unterschiedlichsten Regionen der Welt.
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
Betreuung und Administration der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerke, Cloud-Dienste)
Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen und Störungen im Second-Level (Ticket-System, Remote-Support, Vor-Ort-Service)
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows- und Linux-Systemen
Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
Verwaltung von Endgeräten (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Mobile Devices)
Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten
Das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365 und grundlegender Netzwerktechnik
Grundkenntnisse in Linux und IT-Sicherheit von Vorteil
Strukturierte, dokumentationssichere Arbeitsweise, Problemlösungskompetenz
Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung im Umgang mit Anwendern
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
Teamfähigkeit und kooperatives Verhalten sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen IT-Systemen und Daten
