Your tasks
* You will analyze complex processes and requirements of the specialist departments. You will support the recording of actual processes, the development of target processes and the sharpening of requirements
* You break down complex requirements into meaningful sub-packages and act as an interface to the IT development teams by submitting the sub-packages to the right addressee and clarifying queries about requirements
* You ensure a coordinated technical solution concept by the individual IT development teams. You identify and address dependencies or open issues between the teams and drive their clarification forward
* You ensure an overarching E2E view of the requirement(s), especially for complex, cross-system requirements with several implementation teams involved
* In exchange with your line team, you drive the further development of business analysis and its integration into IT processes and projects
Your profile
* Successfully completed studies in the fields of business administration or (business) informatics. Other degrees and disciplines are also welcome with relevant professional experience
* Several years of professional experience in IT requirements and IT project management in a multi-stakeholder environment Strong knowledge of methods, standards and procedures in
o the recording, presentation, analysis of requirements and their preparation for internal and / or external IT development partners
o Designing and implementing digital solutions. Technical affinity and quick grasp of technical contexts
* Strong knowledge and experience in recording, analyzing and preparing requirements for internal and / or external IT development partners as well as in the conception and implementation of digital solutions
* Ability to evaluate topics from the perspectives of various stakeholders and drive them to a decision
