Warranty Clerk Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and assess warranty and goodwill claims.
* Prepare, review, and document applications according to manufacturer specifications.
* Collaborate with service advisors, workshop managers, and the importer.
* Advise on complex complaints and provide support for the workshop.
* Monitor and invoice warranty and goodwill claims, including credit note verification.
* Prepare reports and utilize relevant manufacturer systems (e.g., PPN).
* Accounting responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector.
* Experience in the service or warranty environment of a car dealership/importer.
* Technical expertise.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Independent, responsible, and structured working style.
* Confident use of MS Office.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Resilient, flexible, and service-oriented personality.
