Transformation Manager
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Productivity Steering team, the Transformation Manager will be at the forefront of driving change and enabling profitable growth of Allianz Partners.
This strategic position will involve overseeing initiatives that improve our organizational performance and ensuring Allianz Partners transformation to one global company. A key part of the role will be creating transparency and effective steering of our productivity levers while shaping the frameworks, processes and governance that underpin productivity improvements across the organisation.
The ideal candidate combines analytical strength with strong transformation skills, including conceptual thinking, structured problem-solving, operational excellence and stakeholder management. The ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, and to communicate these clearly to senior leadership, will be essential.

Through this role, you will have the main following responsibilities:
* Develop and implement global productivity steering framework. Oversee and drive the delivery of performance related strategic and transformation initiatives in close collaboration with business and functional units.
* Conduct in-depth strategic and financial analysis of selected performance criteria to identify trends and areas of improvement, model forward looking view to enable effective steering and implementation of necessary mitigations actions.
* Perform regular monitoring of the corresponding targets achievement and provide actionable insights and recommendations that guide critical decision-making process at the board and senior management levels.
* Act as the central liaison for facilitating engagement and collaboration among critical stakeholders, ensure alignment and foster commitment to the transformation objectives, bridging gaps and enhancing cross-functional cooperation.
What you bring
* Multi-Year experience in collaboration with Business or working within LoB, or Transformation at other Allianz entities.
* Awareness of AI‑enabled productivity and process optimization to support data‑driven decision‑making.
* Proven ability in Business Case Analysis, Benefit realization, budget tracking.
* Knowledge of core insurance finance KPIs in order to prepare business performance analysis, incl. monitoring of targets achievement.
* 3+ years of work experience in either consulting (e.g. management consulting or implementation consulting), strategy (e.g. corporate internal strategy department), finance (central/global finance function with e.g. strategic planning activities) or as a project or program manager in a corporate environment.
* Proven track record of successfully leading projects: ability to drive complex projects, multi-task and prioritize. Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills, demonstrated at Board level. Should bring strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
* Sharp analytical skills with attention to detail, required to identify and assess complex problems within the area of responsibility and to outline applicable solutions.
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
