 * Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with local HRBPs, hiring managers, and operational leaders to align recruitment strategies with business priorities and country-specific nuances.
 * Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Actively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, local partners, and creative sourcing methods tailored to different EU markets.
 * Market Intelligence: Provide insight into talent availability, salary trends, and competitive hiring practices across key EU countries.
 * Employer Brand Advocacy: Represent the company professionally in the market and support regional employer branding efforts to attract talent across logistics hubs in Europe.
 * Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking of hiring metrics, candidate pipelines, and offer conversions using ATS tools.
