Your tasks
Qualification & validation management:
4. Preparation and monitoring of plans for calibration, qualification and validation/monitoring of facilities, equipment and systems.
5. Preparation, execution and reporting of IQ, OQ and PQ protocols.
6. Manage the master plan for qualification, validation and monitoring programs.
7. Reviewing and tracking external subcontractor protocols.
Calibration of instruments:
8. Identify and perform calibration of all critical instruments (pharmaceutical processes, HSE).
9. Custody, maintenance and use of reference standards.
10. Coordination of external calibrations and preparation of calibration reports.
Documentation and procedures:
11. Creation and regular review of procedures for own area.
12. Updating departmental documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO).
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
13. Assess compliance needs of new and existing systems (Group quality standards, regulatory requirements).
14. Management of change controls.
15. Tracking deviations and incidents through to closure.
16. Implementation of corrective actions from audits/self-inspections.
17. Participation in internal and external audits.
Safety and environmental management (HSE):
18. Ensuring annual revalidation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
19. Maintaining and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations.
Interdisciplinary cooperation:
20. Coordinating with operational departments and the planning department to schedule and carry out work.
21. Participation in new projects and process improvements.
Your profile
22. Degree in natural sciences in pharmacy, chemistry or industrial engineering
23. Several years of professional experience in the field of qualification and validation of systems
24. GMP knowledge
25. Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
