Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d)
Joining our team as a Supply Chain Planner means being at the heart of our operations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and timely procurement and coordination of orders for our different product groups. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the goods ordered by our customers are produced on time and are available in the warehouse while liaising closely with the production sites. With your commitment to efficiency and precision, you'll play a key role in ensuring our supply chains run smoothly, ultimately leading to satisfied customers.
YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* As a Supply Chain Planner, your main focus is on ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of orders to the different plant facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction
* You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring supply chain activities, ensuring effective communication of the supply plan to relevant stakeholders
* Serving as a liaison between sales, production, procurement, and product implementation, you will identify deviations in planning and execution, taking necessary measures to mitigate any bottlenecks
* You'll manage the balance between customer orders and internal production requirements, determining the necessary capacities for smooth production processes
* Through continuous assessment of needs versus current conditions, you will contribute to optimizing our supply chain processes, enhancing both reliability and cost-effectiveness
YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
* You hold a degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on supply chain management
* Substantial experience in supply chain, production planning, or related fields
* Proficiency in MS Office is required, Power BI is an advantage
* Familiarity in SAP (Modules MM, PP, BW) is advantageous
* You possess a hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, and strong organizational skills
* A solution-oriented approach, coupled with independence, negotiation skills, and initiative, defines your work style
* You view collaboration across various interfaces as an opportunity to introduce your ideas and drive continuous process improvement
* Fluency in English (written and spoken), fluency in German is an advantage
