Job Description
* Lead product portfolio activities to support strategic product definition.
* Combine market insights, competitive intelligence, and financial data to shape product strategy.
* Conduct structured analysis and data-driven modeling to evaluate segment dynamics and competitor positioning.
* Develop lifecycle opportunities and define product mix, profitability, and timing.
* Prepare proposals to support decision-making and optimized portfolio planning for overseas markets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to align product direction.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
* Proven experience in automotive product planning (PPL), ideally with exposure to European and global markets.
* Strong background in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio strategy.
* Ability to integrate financial understanding into product mix and profitability decisions.
* Excellent skills in data-driven analysis and modeling (Excel, BI tools, forecasting).
* Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights and proposals to senior stake-holders.
