Key Responsibilities: Design and implement leadership development initiatives that integrate leadership into the flow of work, activating effective leadership behaviors in critical moments like team launches, strategy shifts, performance reviews, and change initiatives. Connect leadership beyond formal development programs, ensuring leaders have a tangible impact across the organization. From decision-making and feedback to crisis response and celebration, we want leadership to show up where it counts. Partner with stakeholders to embed a culture of high performance and inclusive leadership. Your Profile In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring leadership to life beyond formal development programs and witness its impact throughout the organization. You bring the following experience and expertise: Several years of proven experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, coaching, team coaching, and behavioral science. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
