Our client is a highly successful global software company which is strongly positioned for exciting growth. As part of its plans in the DACH region, we are recruiting a VP Sales to scale the organisation in the region and it will play a key role in the global sales leadership team. This is a key position at the start of an exciting growth phase and you will need a proven track record in sales leadership in Enterprise Software. You will manage / develop / scale a team in the DACH region, it requires a 'hands-on' leadership style and a passion for driving sales rigour and a success-based culture. We are looking for strong sales leadership experience in Enterprise Software and selling to the Manufacturing industry. Leading and developing a sales team to execute sales strategies and win in target markets. Effectively and accurately manage forecasting and pipeline reporting. Coaching and mentoring the team, with a hands-on, team-oriented approach. Lead and work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and services teams to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive strategies. Develop Executive level relationships with customers to advance sales opportunities and client relationships. Requirements : Strong 'hands-on' leadership experience and a track record in Enterprise Software Previous experience in selling to Manufacturing customers in the DACH region Ability to recruit, motivate, and retain top talent Strong sales leadership, experienced in working in a collaborative environment Target and success-oriented.
