Your tasks
5. Leading coordination (ECR) of technical and documentary changes in production, including distribution of tasks and timely implementation.
6. Creation, maintenance and training of all necessary production documentation (work plans, material master data, parts lists) in compliance with strict quality specifications.
7. Responsibility for the smooth start-up and phase-out processes of product changes (launch & phase-out) in production.
8. Analysis and reporting of change data (ECR trending) to inform product management and for proactive communication/escalation in case of delays.
9. Active support of development projects (NPIs) by accompanying the sample build, coordinating materials and ensuring manufacturability (DFM).
Your profile
10. Completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics technician, electrician, mechanic) with further training as a technician or comparable qualification.
11. Several years of professional experience in the production of complex mechatronic systems, ideally in a regulated GMP/ISO 13485 environment (medical devices).
12. Sound professional experience in production with know-how in the respective other training occupation (e.g. mechatronics technician with mechanical expertise).
13. Very good German and good written and spoken English skills.
14. Confident handling of SAP (master data, material flows) and MS Office.
