Role Overview: Ausbildung Lead - Germany Students across Germany are using Bildungsgutscheine (educational vouchers) to enroll at Masterschool free of charge. We aim to develop a best-in-class consultant and enrollment process to make it seamless for students to join using Bildungsgutscheine. We are seeking an Ausbildung Lead to spearhead our expansion efforts in Germany’s vocational education sector. As the Ausbildung Lead, you will play a key role in shaping our approach to engaging students, scaling operations, and ensuring compliance with German educational regulations. We are specifically looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully navigating Ausbildung and developing scalable systems that generate substantial impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven leader who can think big, execute effectively, and build systems that scale. Key Responsibilities At Masterschool, we take projects from 0 to 1 and scale them from 1 to 1,000. As the Ausbildung Lead Germany, your responsibilities will include: Business Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to scale Masterschool’s vocational education programs in Germany. Ensuring compliance with the Ausbildung framework and other relevant local regulations. Leading curriculum development, student enrollment processes, and operational growth. Process Building: Designing scalable systems and workflows for managing the Ausbildung enrollment process, including accreditation, application, and student onboarding. Creating a “playbook” to streamline operations and optimize efficiency. Partnership Development: Building relationships with local authorities, government agencies, and industry partners to support growth initiatives. Performance Tracking: Defining, tracking, and reporting on key metrics and KPIs for the German vocational education market. Identifying areas for improvement and ensuring high-quality program delivery. Execution: Delivering high-impact results on tight timelines, driving new revenue streams, and scaling programs rapidly.
