If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Finance team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a permanent basis, part-time is possible with at least 70% (approx. 27 HPW), commencing at the earliest possible date as a SAP Key User General Ledger Financial Accountant.
Your Tasks
With your specialist perspective you analyze and implement software-technical changes in SAP General Ledger, SAP FI-AP and FI- AA. In doing so, you will work closely with business analysts, developers and internal system users from our department.
1. Reviewing and ongoing development of accounting-relevant SAP processes
2. Specialist and technical support and training for users
3. Supporting the specialist unit with an eye to the further automation and digitalisation of processes
4. Assuring regular operations in close cooperation with colleagues based around the world within the Hannover Re Group
5. Involvement in central projects
6. Specialist SAP system administration
Your Profile
7. Degree in business administration, business sciences or commercial training / training as a certified insurance practitioner
8. Experience in financial accounting and preparation of financial statements HGB and IFRS is desirable
9. First SAP knowledge, preferably with one of the modules FI-GL, FI-AA or FI-AP
10. Affinity for IT topics
11. Experience with SAP S4 HANA is desirable
12. (Re)insurance know-how is an advantage
13. Independent user skills in German and English (at least level B2)
14. Willingness to go on occasional worldwide business trips
