We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Web Analytics team and help us measure, understand, and optimize the impact of our marketing investments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with marketing attribution models, marketing performance metrics, and the ability to connect web analytics data with broader marketing activities to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and evaluate marketing attribution models (e.g., last-click, multi-touch, MMM) to understand channel performance.
2. Monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as ROAS, customer acquisition cost, retention and customer lifetime value.
3. Integrate web analytics data (traffic, conversion funnels, behavioral insights) with paid and non-paid marketing touchpoints.
4. Build and maintain dashboards that clearly communicate insights to marketing, commercial, and leadership teams.
5. Partner with marketing team to translate data into actions.
6. Support testing frameworks (A/B, incrementality) to measure campaign effectiveness.
7. Stay updated on new measurement methodologies, privacy changes, and digital tracking tools.
You've got
8. 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or media measurement.
9. Solid understanding of attribution models (last-touch, multi-touch, MMM) and their application in real business contexts.
10. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
11. Strong data analysis skills (e.g., SQL).
12. Experience with visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio).
13. Comfortable presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
14. Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and curiosity to explore data.
