Ihre Aufgaben:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for national and international roles across multiple business units
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure effective hiring strategies
* Take full ownership of the interview and selection process until successful placement
* Prepare, align, and negotiate employment offers and guide candidates through contract closure
* Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the entire recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
* Collaborate with HR interfaces, business units, and employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils)
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements / Develop and implement target group-specific sourcing strategies
* Utilize modern recruiting channels and active sourcing techniques / Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting events
* Participate in national and international HR and recruiting projects / Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes
* Coordinate external recruiting partners and service providers
* Represent the company at career fairs, onboarding activities, and HR events
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* University degree in Human Resources or comparable qualification
* Experience in end-to-end recruiting or executive search, ideally in an industrial environment
* Experience working with employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils) and collective agreements (preferred)
* Initial exposure to international recruiting or global hiring processes
* Strong knowledge of modern recruiting channels and active sourcing
* Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
* Strong analytical and candidate assessment skills
* High level of interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management and engagement capabilities
