Activities provide 1st level support Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance) Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment Document procedures and configurations Requirements Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) Experience supporting end users on Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), including troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network protocols as well as Entra ID Some experience with virtualization (e.g., Proxmox, VMware) is a plus (optional) Strong problem-solving and communication skills German & English in communicative form Application Process After your application, the first thing you will do is get to know your potential new team leader in a Teams Interview.
