• Consolidation and analysis of financial and business data
• Preparation of analyses, reports and management presentations
• Providing support to and reporting directly to the CFO on financial and strategic matters, as well as preparing the basis for decision-making
• Support in forecasting, budgeting and monthly closing activities
• Identification of trends, variances and recommendations for action
• Close collaboration with Finance and operational departments
• Further development of reporting and analytical processes
• Support in ad-hoc analyses, special topics and strategic projects

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of accounting standards under HGB and IFRS
• Strong analytical thinking, high willingness to learn and strong interest in business and economic interrelationships
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Structured, precise and independent working style, strong learning orientation and initiative
• A keen sense of curiosity and a commitment to understanding and improving processes
• German and English language skills at minimum C1 level, both written and spoken
