Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled SAP Development Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for the technical coordination and alignment with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring the on-time delivery and technical implementation of new functionalities and services within the SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical design in SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA
* Manage external service providers to ensure high-quality development services
* Define development guidelines based on SAP Clean Core principles
* Evaluate solution approaches for necessary technical adjustments
* Implement high-performance solutions using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), ABAP, and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP)
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
* 6–8 years of experience in SAP development (SAP BTP and/or SAP S/4HANA)
* Experience working with or managing external IT service providers
* Strong knowledge in ABAP / RAP, SAP CAP Model, SAPUI5 / Fiori Elements, Node.js and/or Java, JavaScript / TypeScript, and authentication technologies (OAuth 2.0, SAML)
* Familiarity with cloud-based tools and technologies
* Strong communication skills as well as a structured and self-reliant working style
