We're looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to own and drive our commercial strategy as we scale globally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Shape and execute the company's commercial strategy across B2B, government, and international markets
* Own the full sales cycle and build a high‑performing partner network
* Identify and develop long‑term relationships with key accounts in defense, energy, robotics, and logistics
* Lead C‑level negotiations and close high‑value contracts
* Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts to identify growth opportunities
* Develop tailored commercial proposals in close collaboration with engineering and product teams
* Represent the company at international exhibitions, forums, and industry events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in hardware, high‑tech, energy, or defense
* Proven track record of landing international clients and closing significant contracts
* Deep understanding of unmanned systems, power sources, and energy solutions
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to protect commercial interests at the executive level
* English — Upper‑Intermediate or higher (confident in business settings)
* Comfortable with regular international travel
