Your Responsibilities:
4. Supporting supply chain processes in the context of M&A integrations and tech transfers, including further development of processes
5. Guiding and training junior specialists and coordinating cross-functional project teams
6. Coordinating with internal and external partners and contract manufacturers to ensure smooth integration and efficient operations (e.g., in conference calls and on-site meetings)
7. Ensuring product availability in key markets: Overall overview and monitoring of production, transport, or release status down to the warehouse
8. Preparing and presenting decision-relevant analyses, reports, and recommendations for action to senior management. Presenting project progress and critical issues to steering committees
Your Profile:
9. Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
10. Required professional experience: 5 years, ideally in the area of supply chain or project management
11. Alternatively, you have experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or pharmacovigilance
12. You already have some experience in coordinating cross functional teams and complex projects
13. You are characterized by analytical thinking and a structured and results-oriented approach to work
14. You communicate and negotiate confidently in German and English and have a good working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
15. Your way of working is proactive, solution-oriented and communicative
