We are looking for committed employees to ensure the offshore operation of our wind turbines in the Nordseecluster Offshore Wind farm, consisting of V wind turbines with MW each and a resulting total capacity of over 1.5 GW.
You will work in a key role of our Service team. Temporarily travel to other Offshore wind farms within Vestas for training, education and sharing experience is a vital part of the offered position.

Your Mission – Step Up and Make a Difference!
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Nordseecluster Service team. Based offshore the service operation vessel (SOV) the Shift Leader is managing the day-to-day operation of the assets from the vessel on a / day rotation. Encompassing HSE, production performance, operations and maintenance and employee development.
15. Responsibility for all offshore operations
16. Employee line management and development
17. Maintaining code of conduct, discipline, and culture on the SOV
18. Facilitate SOV technical focus, team meetings and strategy deployment
19. SOV crew interface management & contingency planning for vessel operations
20. Turbine inspections, safety walks and auditing
21. Participate in morning briefings and toolbox talk
22. Escalate HSE, performance and operational issues to the Service Manager
23. Oversee management of subcontractors onboard vessel

24. Professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems - potentially gained in the offshore industry or in a similar industry
25. Experience in Management and Supervision
