Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
We are seeking a driven and visionary sales and marketing professional to lead our entertainment systems team in the pro audio division at our headquarters.
This position requires strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the pro audio industry, strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, and a university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Yamaha's Entertainment ProAudio portfolio.
* Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across territories.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
* Represent Yamaha at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
Requirements:
* Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the pro audio industry.
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions.
* University degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
* Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM system) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP system).
