Service Desk Coordinator Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Coordinator to join our IT department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the service desk, assisting users remotely, and maintaining a smooth working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the service desk team: Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, assist with goal implementation, and provide recruitment support.
* Physical and telephone reception of users: Organize on-call duties and ensure timely responses.
* Ticket management: Regularly review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* IT systems support and management: Monitor 4G consumption, inform users of costs overruns, and manage O365 licenses.
* Inventory and IT hardware management: Manage SCCM/Intune deployments, OS and application security updates, and maintain harmonized OS versions.
* Maintenance of the service desk: Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
This role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tech degree in IT or equivalent experience.
* At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
* Flexible working hours (8am to 6pm).
* Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS) and network environments.
* Knowledge base on Active Directory, AD Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Endpoint (Intune), Sharepoint.
* Understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IMAP, POP, etc.).
* Experience with ticket management and support tools.
* Basic understanding of IT hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals, etc.).
* Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a team player.
