Aufgaben
As a Customer Success Manager at Sonia, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Design, implement, and scale CS processes from scratch — from onboarding flows to lifecycle management
* Define and track key success metrics (activation, retention, churn, expansion) and own their development
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with our customers — mainly medical practices (both SME and enterprise)
* Deliver onboarding, training, and proactive account support to maximize product usage and satisfaction
* Proactively identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Gather structured feedback from customers to help shape our product roadmap and CS strategy
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Medical Advisors to create seamless and impactful customer experiences
Qualifikation
We’re looking for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer success or medical roles, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its processes.
* Fluency in German (C2 or native) and proficiency in English; both written and verbal.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Proficiency with CRM software, Stripe and customer success tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Expertise in the medical landscape (specialized knowledge, e.g., dental, is highly valued).
* Prior experience in SaaS or HealthTech customer success roles.
* Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and workflows.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medicine, or a related field.
* Residency near our offices for occasional in-person meetings.
