For our Luxury Fragrance Grouping with brands such as Tom Ford Beauty, Balmain Paris, Jo Malone London, Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle, Le Labo, and Kilian Paris, we are seeking a Brand Director DACH management (m/f/d). This role involves the continuous development and optimization of the brands for the DACH Region.
Responsibilities include:
* Defining, driving, and executing the brand strategy for the DACH affiliate in line with EMEA / Global strategy.
* Achieving key brand rankings and market share objectives.
* Developing marketing and sales strategies to maximize sell-through according to market demand.
* Defining the brand's go-to-market strategy across all channels.
* Managing the demand plan and sales drivers.
* Overseeing brand identity implementation.
* Ensuring operational effectiveness and collaboration with partners.
* Leading collaboration between the brand, commercial, digital, and marketing teams to deliver strategy with excellence.
* Building relationships with retailers and internally to support brand growth and consumer journey.
* Supporting sell-in and sell-out activities and maintaining retailer relationships.
* Driving talent growth through leadership and management.
Qualifications:
* Several years of marketing experience in a global company, preferably in luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
* Management experience in coaching and developing teams.
* Degree in business, marketing, economics, or related fields.
* Experience in brand management, retail, or counter management.
* Knowledge of digital, social, and traditional media.
* Fluent in German and English.
