Overview
Noteless is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales & Partnerships, Germany to establish and scale our commercial presence in the German market. This will be our first senior commercial hire focused on Germany and a critical role in shaping how Noteless enters, positions, and grows in one of Europe’s most important healthcare markets.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the entire go-to-market strategy in Germany, including direct sales, partnerships, and channel development. This role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — someone who can design the strategy and personally drive the first customer wins.
You will work closely with an existing German commercial team based in Copenhagen and collaborate across product, clinical, and leadership functions at Noteless. With several strategic partnerships already in discussion, this role carries end-to-end ownership of our commercial expansion in Germany and a clear mandate to build, lead, and scale our German expansion going forward
You bring deep experience from MedTech and/or healthcare in Germany, understand the structure of the German healthcare system, and know how to navigate its stakeholders, procurement processes, and regulatory environment. Above all, you are operational, pragmatic, and motivated by building something from the ground up.
