Responsibilities
* Define and implement a robust end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business growth and operational goals.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance supply chain agility, resilience, and scalability.
* Lead demand forecasting and production planning to align with customer requirements and manufacturing capacity.
* Drive digitalisation and automation of planning processes using ERP/SAP systems.
* Collaborate closely with production teams to optimise material flow, reduce lead times, and improve throughput.
* Implement inventory strategies to balance availability with cost control across multiple production sites.
* Manage global logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and customs compliance.
* Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance supply chain visibility, traceability, and efficiency.
* Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team across multiple functions and geographies.
* Foster collaboration, innovation, and professional development within the team.
