About the Job
As the Head of Talent Management & Executive Pipelining, you'll be responsible in shaping Allianz Technology's global talent management strategy, partnering with Executive Management Team in ensuring robust executive and senior leadership pipelines to enable a future-ready organization.
You will be trusted to lead full spectrum of strategic talent management including; succession management, development, executive pipelining for internal and external talent, SWP activation, and skills integration. Focused on strengthening organizational capability to accelerate Allianz Technology's transformation agenda.
What you do
* Shape and implement Allianz Technology global talent management strategy
* Oversee the delivery of succession planning, pipelining, bench-strength assessment, long-term capability building for executive, senior executive & critical positions.
* Be a strategic partner to C-suite leaders, Board of Management members, Talent Advisory team to help anticipate talent needs and ensure flawless placement quality.
* Lead a team that operates as the internal headhunter and talent broker for executive, senior executive level and critical positions by proactively sourcing, engaging, developing internal and external pipelines across Allianz Technology, and when required, the broader Group.
* Integrate leadership capability requirements, ensuring readiness for key roles and business transformation priorities.
* Collaborate with Allianz Group People & Culture and Talent teams to adopt key processes, harmonize practices, ensuring consistent standards and rigorous assessment quality.
* Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve talent management processes, for optimum efficiency and effectiveness.
What you bring
* Must have proven experience (7+ years) in talent management, executive pipelining, talent succession management, leadership development.
* Track record in operationally delivering and managing executive pipelines, succession, and senior-level mobility in a complex multinational environment
* Experience partnering with senior executives, Board of Management members, and global stakeholders.
* Ability to manage confidential executive talent cases with full discretion and integrity.
* Able to influence, engage and navigate stakeholders across various levels.
* Collaborative team player, with curiosity to identify and propose practices that elevate the overall People & Culture function.
* Basic knowledge of AI technology, principles, and their practical use
