In your role as Technical Trainer, you are responsible for the structured, certified qualification of our global Field Service staff on AIXTRON equipment. At the Headquarter Training Center, you plan and deliver hands-on trainings – from foundational courses to expert-level certifications. You develop certification standards, examination criteria and structured qualification paths from Basic through Advanced to Expert level. You are involved early in NPI (New product introduction) projects, ensuring that appropriate training concepts are in place in time for new tool variants.
~You bring a high willingness to travel, as approximately 30% of your time may involve travel to our global sites to deliver on-site trainings and certifications.
~You continuously question existing training methods and certification processes and drive improvements forward in coordination with your manager.
