We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to play a key role in scaling our global team and strengthening our People Operations function. In this role, you will take ownership of core People Ops processes, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role where you will work across contracts, payroll, and process improvement, while helping shape how People Operations evolves as we scale.
Tasks
* Own the end-to-end lifecycle of employment contracts and core HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full compliance across personnel files
* Take full ownership of monthly German payroll and global payments for EOR employees and contractors, working closely with external partners to ensure compliance with local labor laws and contractual standards
* Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for complex employee-related administrative topics, including policies, contracts, and escalated People Ops inquiries
* Lead and further develop our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring high data quality, building scalable workflows, and continuously optimizing automation for key People Ops processes (e.g. probation periods, data changes, approvals)
* Oversee global mobility, relocation, and benefits administration, acting as the internal owner and coordinating with external vendors and agencies
* Drive continuous improvement of People Ops processes, templates, and documentation, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
* Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and elevate the overall People Ops function
* Serve as a trusted partner, providing guidance on People Operations topics and contributing to the strategic development of People processes and standards
Requirements
* A background in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
* Proven ability to own People Operations topics end-to-end and drive them independently
* Solid knowledge of German payroll and labor law; experience with EOR or contractor setups is a plus
* An analytical mindset; you spot patterns, build dashboards, and support data-driven decisions across People topics
* Comfortable working with HRIS tools; bonus points if you enjoy building workflows, automations, and smart task lists in HiBob
* Highly detail-oriented and trusted to handle sensitive People topics with discretion and ownership
* Fluent in English, with strong communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
