Datenschutzbeauftragter (m/w/d)
We seek a part-time
Data Protection Officer (DPO) to join our team.
* To perform the tasks outlined in Article 39 of the General Data Protection Regulation and Section 60 of the State Data Protection Act Schleswig-Holstein, including advising and informing management and employees on data protection obligations and monitoring compliance with data protection regulations.
* To advise and support citizens and contractors on exercising their rights under data protection laws and implementing data protection guidelines.
* To contribute to the development of our data protection and information security management system.
* To advise on the creation and review of general and specialized data protection concepts, service instructions, and agreements.
* To conduct internal training sessions and raise awareness among employees.
* To collaborate with regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
* A completed degree in public administration or equivalent qualification in a related field.
* Professional experience in areas relevant to the position or willingness to acquire knowledge in data protection and information security through further education.
* Excellent English language skills and very good German language skills (C1 level).
* A high degree of self-reliance.
* Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills.

* Communication and teamwork skills, as well as organizational skills.
