* Education: High school diploma (Abitur / Fachhochschulreife); good grades in mathematics / English are an advantage
* IT affinity: Strong interest in IT, digitalization, and modern business models
* Self-organization: Self-organized, independent, and able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
* Digital tools: Good MS Office skills with an interest in constantly expanding your knowledge of digital tools and technologies
* Flexibility: Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented
* Economic know-how: Basic understanding of business management concept
* Analytical thinking: Strong analytical thinking skills, especially in data-driven decision-making and business analytics
