About this Position We are looking for a motivated intern to support the development and execution of our global communication strategy and contribute to shaping our learning initiatives within the R&D organization. This role offers hands-on experience in strategic communication, digital content creation and learning design in an innovative and international environment. What you´ll do Support the implementation of the R&D communication strategy for the upcoming year Assist in creating and publishing engaging content for internal and external channels, e.g. newsletters, intranet, LinkedIn Contribute to social media campaigns and storytelling initiatives and help with video editing and production for communication purposes Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and project updates Collaborate on shaping learning requirements and concepts for R&D Support in creating learning materials, e.g. short guides and digital content Assist in organizing and promoting learning activities and events and research trends and best practices in communication and learning Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and creativity in all deliverables What makes you a good fit Student currently enrolled in a university program, e.g. communication, marketing, digital media, learning & development, or related fields Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) Strong writing and storytelling abilities with experience in creating engaging content Knowledge of video editing and digital content creation tools, e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut is desirable Understanding of learning concepts or experience in creating learning materials is a plus Creativity, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model Diverse national and international growth opportunities Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Attractive Remuneration Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050 - 2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
