Your job – Your passion
* Maintain and update operational data such as sales figures and project status reports—helping with basic analysis and creating simple dashboards or presentations
* Support collaboration across Sales, Product, and Project teams by coordinating information and ensuring smooth workflows
* Assist with project organization, including managing shared folders, checklists, and tracking deliverables and timelines
* Contribute to process improvements by identifying small inefficiencies and helping to implement and test new ideas
* Prepare documentation such as templates, guidelines, or notes to support the team’s daily work
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and best practices
Your profile – Your strengths
* You are currently enrolled in a university program (business, IT, or a related field is a plus)
* You are comfortable working in an English-speaking team
* Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other standard Office applications
* Organized and detail-oriented in your approach to tasks
* You are eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative when needed
* You are a strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
