Responsibilities
* You coordinate with colocation providers to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and operational transparency.
* You align rack space and power capacity with stakeholder demand through structured planning and monitoring.
* You organize hardware and spare parts logistics, including procurement, inventory, and delivery coordination.
* You manage Remote Hands services and ensure accurate execution of onsite tasks.
* You maintain clear, customer-focused documentation and communication for all datacenter-related activities.
