The New Originals Company is a private company owning and activating several brands like Omami and Lunter and selling private label tofu to leading European retailers.
As Revenue Growth Manager, you are the engine behind profitable, sustainable revenue growth. You will turn commercial and market data into clear decisions on pricing, promotions, pack-price architecture, trade investments, and portfolio focus across channels and customers.
Based in Köln or Vienna, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure we invest behind the right brands, SKUs, packs, channels, and customers to maximize revenue, margin, and ROI.
Lead Revenue Growth Management: Optimize Portfolio & Category: Monitor performance of SKUs, brands and categories, recommend which to scale, fix, rationalize or delist, and support innovation decisions based on revenue and margin potential.
~ support Sales with fact-based negotiations and recommend assortment, pricing and promo strategies per customer.
~ Build dashboards tracking revenue, margin, mix and trade ROI; deliver actionable insights from sell-in, sell-out and market data; support forecasting and S&OP inputs.
~ Partner with Marketing on brand and innovation priorities, with Sales & Trade Marketing on customer plans, with Finance on profitability, and with Supply Chain on SKU complexity and efficiency.
~ Support Product Lifecycle & Innovation: Ensure business cases meet gross margin hurdles before approval and track post-launch performance, triggering corrective actions when needed.
Magister’s / Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or related field.
~5+ years’ experience in FMCG in Revenue Growth, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Excellence, or Strategy.
~ Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, trade investments and portfolio performance.
~ Advanced analytical skills and experience working with commercial and market data (Excel/BI tools).
~ English (C1) required; German preferred.
Numbers-driven and commercially sharp, with a passion for turning data into clear actions.
