What Youll Do: Lead & Develop Our CDP Strategy: Take full ownership of our Bloomreach (Exponea) strategy to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. CRM & Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for loyalty, retention and hyper‑personalized campaigns to deliver the right message at the right time. Automated Personalization: Lead the automation of cross‑channel messaging—including email, SMS, push notifications and on‑site personalization—to create seamless, relevant experiences. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Oversee and mentor the CRM team, provide guidance, upskilling and foster a high‑performing data‑driven culture. Data‑Led Decision Making: Define key CRM performance metrics, analyze data and use insights to continuously refine and optimize customer engagement strategy. CDP & Tech Innovation: Act as the internal expert on Bloomreach, embedding best practices in segmentation, automation and personalization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Data and Digital teams to align CRM efforts with wider business objectives, ensuring a cohesive, customer‑first approach. What Youll Need: Experienced CRM Leader: Proven experience as a Senior CRM Manager, ideally within a fast‑paced digital‑first or e‑commerce environment. Bloomreach Expertise: Extensive hands‑on experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) or a similar platform and a deep understanding of maximizing its potential. CDP & Data‑Driven Approach: Strong background in Customer Data Platforms, data analysis, segmentation and customer insights. Marketing Automation Specialist: Expertise in automated customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and CRM campaign optimization. Omni‑Channel CRM Knowledge: Experience delivering cross‑channel CRM strategies integrating email, SMS, push and paid channels for maximum impact. Loyalty & Retention Specialist: A strong understanding of customer loyalty programs, retention strategies and subscription models. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and other reporting tools to extract insights and inform decision‑making. Strong Communicator & Leader: Ability to influence stakeholders, present insights effectively and mentor teams to drive CRM excellence.
