1. Managing, developing and coaching employees, including employee appraisals
2. Recording and maintaining team absence records
3. Induction of new employees and organization of training courses
4. Implementation of floor management
5. Acting as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNA
Commercial Performance
6. Responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growth
7. Ensuring excellent customer service and alignment of the team with the customer
8. Carrying out the morning briefing and shift handovers
9. Ensure that we regularly surprise our customers, e.g. by organizing beauty classes in different areas, animating the hub and creating weekend looks
10. Updating the visual merchandising and implementing updates and animations
11. Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor
12. Analyzing the key figures for the respective sales categories and deriving sales activities
13. Operations
14. Creating the daily staff planning and coordinating employees on the store floor (zoning)
15. Carrying out inventories to ensure optimum availability of goods
16. Complete merchandise management, from receiving to proper storage, booking out, returns and tester management
17. Responsibility for the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing
18. Reporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issues
19. Deputizing for the Store Manager in case of absence
20. Responsible for store operating according to Sephora Audit rules
