Description:
We are seeking a visionary and driven leader to spearhead our Entertainment Systems Team in the Pro Audio division. As a key member of our European team, you will be responsible for driving regional business development and ensuring alignment with our global strategy.
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for our Entertainment ProAudio portfolio, encompassing digital mixing consoles, processors, switches, amps, and speakers.
* Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives in close collaboration with our European marketing team.
* Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing within the ProAudio industry.
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, particularly for live sound and touring applications.
* Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire international teams.
* A strategic mindset, combined with hands-on expertise.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM system) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP system), as well as proficiency in data analysis and KPI interpretation.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
