What to expect
* Planning and publishing content in English with a strong focus on copywriting – across various social media platforms, engagement, trends, and community dynamics always in mind
* Developing and adapting digital campaigns into platform-appropriate formats, with creative and strategic input
* Writing compelling, audience- and platform-specific copy – from sharp captions to longer-form storytelling
* Collaborating with creative and design teams to generate ideas, develop content, and ensure visual consistency
* Monitoring trends, evaluating content performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
* Acting as a direct point of contact for clients – providing expert social media guidance, sharing insights, and driving content decisions
What you bring
* 2–3 years' experience in social media, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
* Fluency in English at native level; knowledge of German is a plus
* A strong interest in digital communication and an understanding of what makes social content effective
* Proven copywriting skills and the ability to adapt your tone and style to different platforms and audiences
* Basic knowledge of content KPIs and how to use them
* Curiosity, reliability and a structured approach to work
