We’re seeking an experienced freelance Site/Construction Manager (Bauleiter) for a high-profile energy infrastructure project running until 2027.
Your Role:
Oversee cable installation & jointing across a 180km route.
Manage subcontractors, site operations & reporting.
Ensure HSE compliance, claims & documentation.
Work with EPC contracts and liaise with the PM team.
What You Bring:
✅ 10–15 years’ experience in infrastructure (energy, rail, roads, tunnels, power plants, etc.).
✅ Background in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
✅ Fluent German & English.
✅ Able to stay on-site full-time (Mon–Fri).
