Your tasks
9. Together with internal managers, you will draw up job requirements, develop job advertisements independently and select suitable recruitment channels.
10. You will learn and take over the system-supported applicant management in our IT tool "TalentLink" and thus also the candidate communication.
11. Taking into account company-wide quality standards, you will carry out a qualified pre-selection of suitable candidates (e.g. telephone interviews) and provide impetus for a qualified and professional selection with the specialist department.
12. You will guide the relevant departments and candidates through the smooth recruiting process, ensuring a very good customer and candidate experience.
13. You act as a contact person (internally and externally) for all topics relating to the recruiting process.
Your profile
14. You have a degree, e.g. in economics or psychology (ideally with a focus on human resources) and at least 3 years of sound experience as a recruiter (m/f/diverse) or personnel consultant (m/f/diverse), ideally in a technical environment.
15. Your expertise ranges from a target group-oriented approach to applicants (skilled workers, technicians, engineers) to the professional application of suitable interview and selection techniques.
16. Your confident charisma, high service orientation and consultant mentality enable you to respond to different personalities and a wide range of business requirements.
17. You are experienced in dealing with the latest recruiting techniques, trends and channels.
18. In addition to your excellent communication skills, you are characterized by great commitment and flexibility.
19. You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have some experience of working with applicant management systems.
