Now we’re looking for an AI Growth & Experience Operator — a role focused 100% on our D2C storefronts and customer happiness.
This is the fastest way into real responsibility — running the customer-facing side of a global e-commerce group. If you prove yourself, this role can evolve into leadership fast.
Your mission:
* You’ll make our D2C shops smoother, smarter, and faster — from the first click to checkout.
This is a builder role, not a “strategize all day” one.
You’ll:
o Find and fix conversion blockers — today, not next quarter.
o Run fast AI-powered growth tests (UX, content, pricing, retention).
o Build and launch prototypes — if it works, it goes live the same day.
o Team up directly with our CEOs, skipping layers and long slides.
o Combine AI tools, automation, and your marketing instinct to move KPIs.
We don’t care if you use GPT, Replit, Figma AI, or your own scripts — what counts is speed and impact.
Who you are:
o 2–4 years in D2C, growth, CRO, or e-commerce performance.
o You’ve scaled traffic, conversion, or AOV — ideally with AI in your toolbox.
o You’re a maker at heart: you test, break, and rebuild — fast.
o You like dashboards more than decks.
o You want direct impact, not long approval chains.
