Our team works across the U.S., Europe, the Philippines, and China, and we balance creativity with structure through clear communication, thoughtful systems, and grounded leadership.
As we grow, execution complexity has increased across ecommerce, creative, and marketing teams. We are looking for an Operations Manager who can bring clarity, rhythm, and follow through to the day to day, so ideas, campaigns, and priorities move from intention to reality without unnecessary friction.
The Role
This is a foundational role.
You are responsible for holding the operational backbone of Ever Lasting. You partner closely with the Founder and team leads to ensure priorities are clear, timelines are realistic, and work moves forward consistently across teams.
You are not here to set creative direction or marketing strategy.
You are here to design and maintain the systems that allow those teams to execute well.
This role is part strategist, part systems builder, part execution anchor.
Your work helps the company feel steadier, clearer, and more reliable as it scales.
You will not be expected to have all the answers on day one.
You will be expected to build clarity through iteration, ask the right questions, and progressively take ownership of execution flow across the business.
What This Role Is Not
* You are not a creative director, marketer, or merchandiser
* You do not own supply chain negotiations or vendor sourcing
Your impact comes from enabling others to execute well, not doing their work for them.
What You’ll Do
Company Operations and Execution
You will ensure direction turns into action by:
* Translating leadership priorities into clear plans, timelines, and ownership
* Maintaining weekly execution rhythms across all departments
* Tracking cross team initiatives and dependencies
* Flagging risks, blockers, or misalignment early
* Ensuring consistent follow through without constant chasing
Ecommerce Execution Support (Operational, Not Commercial Ownership)
You will support the operational layer of Ever Lasting’s ecommerce business by:
* Coordinating product launches, updates, and operational readiness across systems
* Tracking timelines for product listings, content availability, and go live dates
* Supporting alignment between marketing, creative, ecommerce, fulfillment, and logistics partners
* Coordinating with relevant owners to confirm inventory, packaging, and fulfillment readiness ahead of launches and campaigns
* Maintaining ecommerce, fulfillment, and logistics related SOPs and documentation
* Tracking promotional setup to ensure bundles, discounts, and campaigns are correctly configured before launch
You will also support cross functional visibility between ecommerce operations and customer support by:
* Helping ensure CS teams are informed of upcoming launches, promotions, and changes
* Supporting documentation that enables CS to respond accurately and consistently
* Tracking recurring customer issues at an operational level and surfacing patterns
* Supporting system level fixes rather than ad hoc case handling
You support execution readiness and operational alignment, not merchandising strategy, supply chain ownership, or day to day CS management.
Creative and Marketing Team Operations
You will act as the operational backbone for Creative and Marketing teams by:
* Managing timelines, approvals, and cross team handoffs
* Supporting campaign calendars and launch schedules
* Tracking creative and marketing deliverables without directing output
* Ensuring assets move smoothly from concept to execution
* Reducing last minute pressure through better planning and visibility
Campaign Operations and Launch Support
You will support the lifecycle of campaigns by:
* Helping map realistic campaign timelines
* Tracking dependencies across creative, marketing, ecommerce, and ops
* Confirming readiness across teams before launch
* Surfacing risks early and helping recalibrate plans
* Capturing post campaign learnings and documenting improvements
Systems, SOPs, and Workflow Design
You will help build the backbone of how the company runs by:
* Creating and maintaining SOPs for recurring workflows and launches
* Designing simple, clear trackers teams actually use
* Organizing internal documentation for easy navigation
* Improving systems to reduce repeated confusion and errors
* Maintaining adoption and clarity as priorities evolve
Intern Program Operations Support
You will support the structure of Ever Lasting’s intern program by:
* Ensuring interns clearly understand expectations, timelines, and deliverables
* Coordinating with leads on task flow and accountability
* Tracking progress, engagement, and follow through
* Surfacing early operational signals when interns struggle or disengage
* Escalating people related concerns to leadership or HR rather than absorbing them directly
This role supports clarity and flow, not coaching or emotional support.
Communication and Visibility
You will be responsible for clean operational communication by:
* Translating meetings into clear action items and next steps
* Maintaining centralized tracking so leadership has visibility
* Ensuring updates are clear, timely, and actionable
* Reducing noise while increasing signal across teams
Founder Support
You act as the Founder’s operational extension by:
* Absorbing coordination, tracking, and follow up
* Protecting leadership focus by keeping execution steady
* Bringing clarity and structure into daily decision making
* Surfacing patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities proactively

Qualifications
* 3 to 6 years experience in operations, program management, or project management
* Experience supporting ecommerce, creative, or marketing teams operationally
* Experience working with remote or global teams
* Strong written and spoken English
* High organizational skill and consistent follow through
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana, or similar
* Working knowledge of AI tools and automation, including using AI to support documentation, reporting, planning, or workflow automation
* Comfort experimenting with AI assisted systems when they clearly reduce manual work or operational friction
* Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership is a strong plus

Compensation
Competitive local salary. This role is evaluated primarily on ownership, reliability, and execution quality rather than hours logged. Compensation follows a structured development framework, increasing with independence, judgment, communication quality, and leadership readiness.
